About Nordstrom Rack

Nordstrom Rack is the off-price arm of Nordstrom. It sells name-brand and designer clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry and home goods for women, men and kids, typically well below original retail prices. Stock changes constantly, and limited-time "flash" events add new brands daily.

Because the Rack is built around everyday markdowns, sitewide promo codes are uncommon. The best value comes from stacking clearance price drops, seasonal shops and Nordstrom card perks. Accounts are shared with Nordstrom.com, so the same login and rewards work on both sites.

Nordstrom Rack shipping & returns

Shipping: Shipping is free on orders above a minimum spend, and you can usually choose free in-store pickup at a Rack or Nordstrom store.

Returns: Most items can be returned by mail or in store within the return window shown on your receipt. Nordstrom.com purchases can also be returned at Nordstrom Rack stores, and the other way around.

Ways to save more at Nordstrom Rack

• Flash events start every morning (Pacific time) and sell out quickly, so check early for popular brands.
• Join The Nordy Club (free) to earn points toward Nordstrom Notes you can spend at the Rack.
