About Macy's

Macy's is one of America's best-known department stores, with around 500 locations and a large online store. It sells women's, men's and kids' clothing, shoes, handbags, beauty and fragrance, fine jewelry, and home goods, including its popular in-house Hotel Collection bedding.

Macy's runs sales almost constantly: weekly specials, One Day Sales, and big markdowns on coats, boots and bedding as the seasons change. Star Rewards members and Macy's card holders get extra offers throughout the year.

Macy's shipping & returns

Shipping: Shipping is free on orders above a minimum value, with free buy-online, pick-up-in-store at most locations.

Returns: Most purchases can be returned within the standard return window for a refund to the original payment method. Some categories, like final-sale items and certain electronics, have different rules.
