JCPenney has been a fixture of American retail for more than a century. Headquartered in Plano, Texas, it operates hundreds of department stores and a full online store selling clothing and shoes for the family, home furnishings, bedding, kitchenware, fine jewelry and beauty.

JCPenney is known for frequent storewide sales, deep clearance markdowns and a rewards program that turns spending into money-off certificates. Online orders above a modest minimum ship free, and buy-online, pick-up-in-store is available at most locations.

JCPenney shipping & returns
